This video is a fascinating portrait of the life and work of Milton H. Erickson, the world's foremost authority on medical hypnosis and therapy. It contains rare archival footage of Erickson at work, allowing the viewer to see his extraordinary ability to heal both his body and mind despite his physical handicaps. As a child Erickson was stricken with polio. Having endured chronic pain and early dyslexia, he describes how he discovered strength and healing through hypnosis. Appeared on PBS.
